Shakey Jake

Shakey Jake began in the late 1980's and features classic blues from the 1920's through today and original works.

The band was featured at the 1990 Winthrop Rhythm and Blues Festival in Winthrop, Washington and shared the bill with John Mayall, Mick Taylor and Freebo, also on the bill was Coco Montoya, Tim Lankford's Too Slim and the Taildraggers and The Duffy Bishop Band (with my good friend Keith Lowe on bass).

The Shakey Jake Band features Jason Lollar on guitar (on the left), well known for his Lollar pickups used in guitars and basses around the world.

The drummer for the band is Todd Zimberg (next to Jason) who is currently working around the Seattle area with Maggie Laird. The harmonica player is Terry Parr (on the right).

  • The Roadhouse Jukes

The Roadhouse Jukes is an original blues band from the Pacifc Northwest. The group is Mark Oslund (pictured on the cover of the CD "What's Gotta Be Done") and myself, along with various other musician's from the area.

Mark was a key part of the late, great Isaac Scott Band in Seattle during the 1980's and appeared on Isaac Scott's important recordings. The music of the Jukes is roadhouse blues and features 13 original tracks written, performed and produced by Mark and Chris, mastered at Microsoft. The band played some live dates to support the record after it's release, but the music can now be found on various internet radio stations and is available for purchase at all of the digital music providers such as iTunes, Amazon, Spotify and many others.

  • Country Rock Association

Country Rock Association was formed to bring the rock to country. The founders of the band, George, Vince and Chris had a passion for hard rock like AC/DC, GnR and thought the "new" country was a genre that would work well together with a rock band.

  • Tim Noah's Thumbnail Theater

Tim Noah is an Emmy award winning entertainer, songwriter, singer and musical visionary. The Thumbnail Theater is Tim's vision of delivering live music performance to a community to bring everyone closer to understanding and appreciation of the musical arts. It has been through his efforts that I have been privileged to play bass and even perform a concert of my own material in front of a packed house. If you are ever in the Seattle area and looking for an experience you will treasure and not soon forget, go find the Thumbnail Theater in Snohomish, Wa, and pay tribute to a true original, Tim NoahImage result for tim noah "thumbnail theater"
